§ 48-166. Construction, maintenance of public sewers by Superintendent of Public Utilities.

It shall be the duty of the Superintendent of Public Utilities to supervise and direct the construction, maintenance, repair and cleaning of public sewers of the City and their appurtenances. The construction of all sewers shall include the laying of connection pipes to the curb line in front of each residence, store, factory or lot, from all hubs located in said sewers, and all connections shall thereafter be made to such connection pipes, at the curb line.
