§ 42-289. Notice to other City officials.

Immediately upon the issuance of a parade or public assembly permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following:

(1)

The Mayor;

(2)

The Corporation Counsel;

(3)

The Fire Chief;

(4)

The Director of the Department of Public Works;

(5)

The Director of the Housatonic Area Regional Transit System, whenever the regular routes of its vehicles will be affected by the route of the proposed parade or public assembly.
