§ 42-290. Contents of permit.

Each parade or public assembly permit shall, to the extent applicable, state the following information:

(1)

Starting and approximate ending time;

(2)

Minimum speed of parade units;

(3)

Maximum speed of parade units;

(4)

Maximum interval of space to be maintained between parade units;

(5)

The portions of the streets, sidewalk, parks or other public property that may be occupied by the parade or public assembly;

(6)

The maximum length of the parade in miles or fractions thereof; and

(7)

Such other information as the Chief of Police shall find necessary to the enforcement of this article.
