§ 48-100. Generally.

The City Council shall levy and assess benefits for all costs of extensions of new water services to any segment of the City or to a neighborhood, a street, property or any other portion or segment of the City for construction of distribution lines, pumping stations and/or laterals in the manner and form as hereinafter provided and in accordance with C.G.S. §§ 7-137c and 7-137d. The levy of assessments of benefits shall be made in accordance with this article and with the foregoing statute sections.
