§ 46-158. Same—Presumption that vehicle owner is operator.

In any prosecution or proceeding hereunder, the registration plate displayed on the motor vehicle shall constitute in evidence a prima facie presumption that the owner of such vehicle was the person who parked such vehicle at the place where such violation occurred.
