§ 42-127. Extension of time for completion of permit work.

All work shall be completed in a manner satisfactory to the City before the expiration date shown on the permit except in cases where permanent repairs must be made at a future date. Otherwise, the permit holder shall request an extension of time. An extension of time may be granted by the Superintendent of Highways upon written application by the permittee, provided that said application shall state a reasonable justification beyond the control of the applicant.
