§ 42-118. Applicability of other local, state requirements.

The issuance of a permit to an applicant to perform any of the operations specified in section 42-111 does not relieve the applicant in any way from complying with other municipal ordinances or resolutions or state statutes, regulations or other lawful acts of other state or local agencies or departments.
