§ 42-75. Materials and workmanship.

Latest version.

Materials used by a permittee in connection with the installation or repair of structures and fixtures in the highway right-of-way and those used in the repair and replacement of highway surfaces, structures and roadsides shall be equal to or better than materials specified in the latest standard specifications of the City for the various types of work. The specifications mentioned herein, insofar as they apply to work done under permits, shall be considered the standards for methods and workmanship.
