§ 42-74. Quality of construction and repair work.

Latest version.

Construction repair and maintenance work done by a permittee shall be in accordance with workmanlike skills and procedures, and the highest grade materials shall be used for each class of work performed. All work shall conform to the specifications of the City and to recognized standards of construction repair and maintenance.
