§ 32-76. Limitation of actions for pensions.

No action for amounts due under the provisions of this article shall be brought unless within six (6) years after the right of action shall accrue. Persons legally incapable of bringing an action when the right shall accrue may sue at any time within three (3) years next after becoming legally capable of instituting suit. All amounts not claimed within said periods shall remain part of the 1967 Firefighters Pension Fund.
