§ 3-16. Annual audit.

There shall be annually designated an independent certified public accountant or firm of independent certified public accountants to audit the books and accounts of the City in accordance with the provisions of chapter 111 (one hundred eleven) of the General Statutes [C.G.S. ch. 111 (C.G.S. § 7-391 et seq.)], as amended.
