§ 6-144. Creation and certification of list of blighted properties.

(a)

Immediately upon enactment of the ordinance from which this article is derived, the Mayor shall require all department heads to provide to the UNIT a list of properties that they are aware of which contain a blighted exterior premises.

(b)

Within thirty (30) days of the receipt of said list, the UNIT shall, utilizing the criteria established in section 6-141 and such additional standards and conditions as may be hereinafter adopted by the UNIT, compile a list of properties containing a blighted exterior premises. The UNIT shall review and update the list as new information is reported.
