§ 48-265. Applicability to future construction.

In the event a building is constructed or expanded after the initial assessment hereunder, the City Council may assess benefits against same as if said buildings or structures had existed at the time of the initial assessment (and may elect to assign such portion of said funds as represent an accrued assessment from the initial assessment date to a capital account for the acquisition or construction of the sewage system treatment plant).
