§ 48-228. Authority of City to establish user charges.

The City of Danbury, acting through the City Council, shall establish and may, from time to time revise, fair and reasonable charges for the use of the Danbury Sewage System. Such charges shall result in the distribution of the cost of operation and maintenance in proportion to a user's contribution to the said system.
