§ 48-75. Additional rates and charges for special uses.

In addition to the rates set forth in sections 48-70 and 48-74, the following rates and charges are hereby established for all bills rendered on or after July 1, 2018:

(1)

Hydrant use by contractors: six hundred eight dollars and twenty-four cents ($608.24) base rental fee, plus an additional three dollars and four cents ($3.04) per one hundred (100) gallons.

(2)

The following quarterly rates shall be charged for water service to premises for fire protection purposes:
