§ 48-36. Proximity of subsurface sewage disposal system to waters leading into, connecting with public water supply; limitation on conduct of soil test pit or percolation tests.

No part of any subsurface sewage disposal system shall be constructed within one hundred (100) feet of any tributary stream, brook or river which leads into or connects with the public water supply of the City of Danbury.
