§ 46-192. Unauthorized removal of immobilized or removed vehicle.

Any person who, after having his vehicle removed or immobilized, shall remove such vehicle without complying with this Code of Ordinances shall, in addition to the charges provided for in the foregoing sections, be liable for any damage done to the immobilization device or mechanism and shall be subject to the penalties provided for in section 1-8.
