§ 44-29. Waiver of property tax under five dollars ($5.00).

The City hereby adopts the provisions of and invokes the option provided by C.G.S. § 12-144c relating to the waiver of any property tax due in an amount less than five dollars ($5.00). The payment of any property tax due the City in an amount less than five dollars ($5.00) shall hereby and hereafter be waived and the office of the Tax Collector of the City shall be authorized to adjust its records accordingly.
