§ 42-282. Fees.

(a)

A nonrefundable fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to cover administrative costs of processing the permit shall be paid to the City by the applicant when the application is filed.

(b)

Persons engaging in parades or public assemblies conducted for the sole purpose of public issue speech protected under the First Amendment shall not be required to comply with the provisions of this section.
