§ 42-189. Designation of a portion of Long Ridge Road as a scenic road.

In accordance with the provisions of this article, the City Council does hereby designate a portion of Long Ridge Road as a scenic road. The portion so designated is located between a point on Long Ridge Road on the northerly side of the intersection of Long Ridge Road and Church Road, being adjacent to the most southerly point of Assessor's lot J25007 and a point on Long Ridge Road adjacent to the most northerly point of Assessor's lot J23007. Such Assessor's lots are shown and designated on maps maintained in the office of the Tax Assessor.
