§ 42-129. Inspector's field notes.

The Inspector shall note on his copy of the permit the date operations were begun and completed; any unusual conditions encountered; and, if permanent repairs are required, he shall note the type of repair and approximate date of commencement and completion of such repairs. A copy of the Inspector's notes shall be returned to the Superintendent of Highways.
