§ 42-120. Indemnification of City from loss.

  • The applicant for a permit under the provisions of this article agrees, by the issuance of a permit, that he will hold the City, its officers, agents and employees, harmless from any and all claims and actions and will indemnify them from any loss, including reasonable costs and attorney's fees, whatsoever arising from the exercise of said permit. The applicant shall sign the application and shall also initial the form in the margin just to the right of the hold harmless clause.
