§ 42-114. Submission by permit applicant of plans and specifications for work of major scope.

When applications are made for permits involving work of "major scope," which shall
be defined to mean work other than service connections in the pavement area and other
than repairs to existing facilities beyond the traveled portion of the roadway, complete
plans and specifications must be submitted in duplicate with the application form.
They should be so detailed that the exact location of the various parts of the work,
the risk of injury to road users, and the probability of damage to trees, highway
structures and private property may be ascertained.
