§ 42-78. Drainage systems to be kept open.

The work performed under permit shall be planned and carried out so that drainage systems of the highway are effective at all times. Any damage arising from the failure of the permittee to properly keep culverts, ditches, inlets, catchbasins or any other drainage device from becoming obstructed must be borne by him, and the bond shall be held by the City until such damages are paid.
