§ 42-39. Sight distance at intersections.

Adequate sight distance at all intersections shall be provided. The subdivider shall regrade all areas falling within the sight distance triangle. He shall remove trees, brush, stones, etc., and other objects designated by the City Engineer so that clear, unobstructed sight distance is obtained.
