§ 42-36. Utilities.

Latest version.

In all cases, the installation of all utilities within the right-of-way shall be under the direction of the City Engineer. Service lines shall be run to each and every lot at the time of initial installation of the distribution main. Said service to extend to a point twenty-four (24) inches inside the curb line and shall be terminated with a valve and curb box in the case of gas and water service.
