A plan and profile of the proposed street shall be prepared in accordance with and
as described in the Land Subdivision Regulations of the City of Danbury, which sections
of the Subdivision Regulations that relate to the design of roadways and utilities
are incorporated herein by reference, by a qualified engineer or land surveyor properly
licensed by the State of Connecticut. The plan shall clearly define the limits of
the proposed rights-of-way and shall include the locations, widths, profiles and grades
of the proposed roadways. The plan shall show all proposed sidewalks, the proposed
storm drainage and shall show the location and size of all existing culverts and drainage
structures on the adjoining highways.
