§ 40-20. Purpose of district.

The purpose of said district shall be to ensure the continuance of adequate motor bus service in said City and the transit district shall possess and may exercise all of the powers granted by the General Statutes for transit districts including, without limitation, the right to form a district in cooperation with any other municipality.
