§ 38-7. Use of maps of City Assessor for measurements.

Latest version.

For the purposes of any measurements required under this chapter, the maps of the Assessor of the City shall be deemed applicable and accurate unless shown to be otherwise by a Class A2 survey certified by a registered land surveyor.
