§ 36-78. Purpose.

There is hereby established a program for the mandatory disposal of acceptable waste generated within the City of Danbury in compliance with C.G.S. § 22a-220 thereby providing for long-term disposal of wastes and providing for the health and welfare of the citizens of the City.
