§ 32-100. Purpose.

Pursuant to C.G.S. § 7-450 and to collective bargaining agreements between the City of Danbury and the union representing the Police Officers of Danbury, the provisions of the several pension plans for all those regular paid members of the Danbury Police Department described in section 32-104 are hereby codified and in effect.
