§ 2-405. Functions.

The Economic Development Commission of the City of Danbury, created pursuant to C.G.S. § 7-136 is hereby authorized and directed to carry out the powers conferred upon Economic Development Commissions by C.G.S. § 7-136 and by any and all laws amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto.
