§ 2-372. Powers.

(a)

Pursuant to the provisions of C.G.S. § 7-207a, the Parking Authority of the City of Danbury is hereby granted the power to collect all revenues from existing on-street parking meters. Said revenues shall be used by the authority to maintain said meters and in such other manner as C.G.S. § 7-207a provides and permits.

(b)

Nothing herein shall be construed to provide or grant permission or power to the authority to in any way alter, add to or change the present number or location of on-street parking meters without the approval of the Traffic Authority of the City of Danbury.
