§ 2-287. Created; functions.

Pursuant to C.G.S. § 8-126, the City hereby creates an agency to be known as the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Danbury. The Agency shall have all the powers and perform all the duties which are by law granted to or imposed upon a Redevelopment Agency.
