§ 24-2. Board of Directors.

(a)

Appointment; terms. The Mayor of the City, shall with the approval of the City Council appoint a board of nine (9) Directors who shall serve without compensation. Members shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years.

(b)

Powers and duties. The powers and duties of the Board of Directors shall be as set forth in C.G.S. ch. 190 (C.G.S. § 11-20 et seq.).

(c)

Residence requirement. No person shall be appointed to or reappointed to the Board of Directors unless he is a resident of the City of Danbury.
