§ 14-126. Definitions.

  • For the purpose of this article, the term "outdoor fire" means any fire in the open air or outside the confines of a building for the purpose of:

    (1)

    The burning of woodland, grassland, swampland, leaves and other forest debris.

    (2)

    The burning as a means of disposal of any type of structure, marine and aircraft, vehicles and the burning of debris from any of the foregoing.

    (3)

    The burning as a means of disposal of paper, rubbish and all types of combustibles.
