Any person who fails or refuses to comply with an order of abatement issued by the
Danbury Fire Marshal, or his authorized designees, pursuant to the authority granted
by the Connecticut General Statutes, shall be subject to the penalties provided in section 1-8 hereof and in C.G.S. §§ 25-295 and 29-306. The Danbury Fire Marshal, or his authorized
designees in addition to such other remedies as may be provided by the Connecticut
General Statutes, is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this section through
the issuance of citations in accordance with the citation procedure set forth in sections
2-2 and 2-3.
