In the event of a change in the design or location of hazardous substance storage
areas, a change in the type of hazardous substances being stored, used, mixed or produced
on a site or an increase in the amount of any hazardous substance being stored, used,
mixed or produced on a site by an amount equivalent to a reportable quantity as referred
to in section 12-134 for which an emergency response plan has been submitted, the plan shall be revised,
resubmitted and implemented within thirty (30) days of any such change.
