§ 12-53. Intergovernmental relations.

The Environmental Impact Commission shall have the cooperation of all departments, boards and agencies of the City in the performance of its duties, and all City Officials shall supply the Commission with all information and reports requested in order that the responsibilities of this Commission may be fulfilled.
